please keep in mind if we do not have your product in hand - we will have to pre-order this from the manufacturer. As soon as we have received it we will ship it to you via Royal Mail✨ please also note pre order takes 3-4 weeks, usually earlier🩶
why do we say 3-4?
- we say 3-4 weeks to avoid any disappointment. However most things do come before that time frame. 

- please be patient when it comes to delivery as it is completely out of our hands ..

All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they are in good condition when sent. Any issues must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept responsibility for damage, defects, or missing items, as the timeframe for raising concerns will have passed. Any damage occurring after delivery is the responsibility of the customer, and claims made beyond the seven-day window will not be accepted.



HOW DOES PREORDER WORK?💞-with preorder , once you have ordered your product off our website we automatically order it in from our supplier overseas ! A question we get asked often is "when will I get a email with tracking codes?" Since you've done a preorder you will only a recieve tracking code once we have recieved the product from our supplier and shipped it out to you! The email will have a confirmation that it's been shipped to you along with a Royal Mail tracked 48 tracking code 💞so remember if you have not yet recieved any emails it is because we have not recieved your product and are still waiting so please do not worry!!✨

please keep in mind you can only cancel your order 2 hours after ordering. Any longer than that it cannot be cancelled due to it already being in the system and getting processed ♥️ please make sure you are ordering the correct product to avoid disappointment!

please also note that certain products don't all come boxed and only arrive with dust bags , if you'd like to make sure it comes boxed please dm me to double check🫶🏼some boxes arrived damaged please understand this is because they are in transit for 3+ weeks and go on two flights ! So boxes aren't guaranteed to be in perfect condition , this is something I cannot control ❤️Thankyou for understanding x
