Before placing an order, it is essential that you read and understand our store policies.

Due to the nature of our business and the policies of our supplier, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or item selected
• No longer wanting the item
• Delivery delays outside of our control

Once an order has been placed, it is final.

By completing a purchase, you are confirming that:

• You have read our policies in full
• You understand that all sales are final
• You accept that we are unable to make exceptions

Please note:

We are unable to engage in ongoing or repeated messages requesting refunds, returns, or exchanges. Any such requests will receive one final response referencing our policy, after which the matter will be considered closed.

In addition, please be aware that any disputes or chargebacks opened for refunds or returns will be responded to with documented proof of our policies, including policy pages, checkout acceptance, and order confirmations. Orders placed in agreement with these terms are therefore unlikely to qualify for a refund through dispute resolution.

These policies are not personal decisions — they are in place because our supplier does not accept returns or exchanges, meaning we are unable to offer them to customers.
